CAR PARKING CHARGES The Chamber has been responsible for the rebate scheme which operated until earlier this year when the funding ran out.
Any new scheme would need funding and would therefore need support from the community and traders.
Would the re-introduction of the previous scheme be the answer or would a scheme whereby a free hour everyday be more appropriate.
Is the cost of parking a deterrent to shopping in Fore st or are there other matters which should be prioritised to enable trade in Fore St. to be improved.
