RESPONSE POSTED Having travelled on motorways recently the fuel costs in Saltash are certainly well below the prices being charged at Service Stations but I agree they are at the top end of the range within the wider Plymouth area. However with the 2p a litre discount offered by having a Saltash Card the prices then are at the bottom end of the price range and cheaper than one of the supermarket petrol station prices.
